Ten Thing i’ve understood In Netherlands about Dutchs

1. They are really overdressed.
2. They party everyday, life is to enjoy. So… working…studying… but then everyday they have their tea, coffee and beer time!
3. Dutchs travel so much, and the government wants them to travel, to discover the world, and pay for them the internship for the university. So.. that’s why there is no one dutch that didnt stay or in australia, or in usa, or in spain or italy! Gr8!
4. The complain always about the weather. Even when is sunshine for 6 days, then for 2 days of clouds or rain, they say that holland is shit.
5. Dutchs love to be single, and to have their independence. U see tons of young people at the market, and entering at home by themselves.
6. They hate cars, they love biking.
7. Dutchs love italian food, italian culture, and of course, italian people. They know a lot about italian bad politic, from mafia to catholic parties, from communists to Berlusconi.
8. They have a busy life: it’s hard to work and study incisively, and in the same time party and date So… if u meet a girl and u wanna have a week end with her traveling around, i have to wait sometimes 2 weeks!
9. Dutchs girls are just wonderful. Of course not just cause they are tall, tough girls, but cause they even know about life and the good things of life. They have opinions, they are gr8 in music conversations, arts and food. Naturally, there are exceptions, as a girl that i met that was convinced that Italy was in Africa.
10. Dutch guys are horrible, cold and they wait just to be drunk to say something to a girl. Worse, when they talk to a girl, they say lots of bullshit. They prefer football and gym to real good life. Naturally, u have good exceptions. As my friend Thomas )

there is another thing that i feel here: netherlands is getting very close to usa and american culture (so competitive and individualist society). Dunno if that is good.
